The "Employees" tab displays all the employees assigned to the project. You can add more employees via the green plus, or you can use the "Assign Projects" dialog to assign multiple employees at once to multiple projects.
The Notify Employees option allows you to send the employee a popup window on their desktop about the assignment of the new project.
The graphical overview shows the time required for the project of all assigned employees. You can print the graphic by right-clicking.
